My name is Filipe and I'm 34 years old. I'm a personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast. In 2010 I was at my heaviest ever weight and with very low confidence and self esteem. I decided to completely change my lifestyle and work for a better shape and healthier lifestyle. I'm proud of what I achieved when I look back. I know the mental and physical struggle that someone overweight goes through as I walked that road. This year in June I achieved a massive goal that I thought impossible when I started, I signed up to compete with the bodybuilding federation PCA on the first timers category. I was 3rd out of 20 competitors and was qualified to compete at the British finals a week later. I was 4th in all UK at the British finals and that changed my life. I realised that anything is possible if you're committed and have a strong belief.

Because of this I love to help others to achieve a better shape and improve their self esteem and guiding them to better themselves.
My strengths are muscle building and weight loss. My training is diverse depending on my clients goals and includes from body weight training to weight training. I am a callisthenics enthusiastic and that is also part of my training and where I like to help my clients.
I have been using stay lean whey and the stay lean fat burners and that have helped on my contest prep. I thoroughly recommend stay lean to anyone serious about their diet and training.
