Stay Lean Cajun Chicken
This is a very tasty, easy meal that you can add to your Stay
Lean plan. Simply season a chicken breast with a sprinkling of Cajun spice, a pinch of salt and some black pepper and sear in a lightly oiled griddle pan.
Turn down the heat and while that is cooking, steam your favourite green vegetables. Add half an avocado to the plate to get your healthy fats and a bit of salad, here we used some shredded raw white cabbage with fresh coriander and a teaspoon of mayo along with some seasonal leaves.
If fish is your thing, you can swap the chicken for salmon, tuna steaks or cod loin.
